We are currently working on the next release of ExeScan codenamed ExeScan ProPlus, features include:

Archiving

If your database if starting to fill up with old data then archiving is the answer for you. Files to be archived are based around the exisiting search routines giving you flexability in which files you archive. The files to be archived will be moved to a new database thus saving you space on your main system. The files are still accessable from the desktop should you need to refer back to them.

Copy OffLine

If you work out of the office and need to take your files with you when visiting your clients then Copy Offline is the answer for you. Files to be copied are based around the exisiting search routines giving you flexability in which files you copy. The files to be copied will be duplicated to a new database on your laptop thus making them accessable offline for when you leave the office to visit your clients.

Bulk Delete

If you need to tidy up the database and delete client files, test files or files you no longer need in bulk then the new Delete command is the answer for you. Files to be deleted are based around the exisiting search routines giving you flexability in which files you delete.

Explorer Tree View

You can now view your documents in the classic Windows Explorer tree view. Documenst to be viewed are based around the exisiting search routines giving you flexibility in which documents you see.

Barcode Reader

You can now auto index documents with barcodes (additional cost - can only be used with ExeScan ProPlus). Simply place the documents to be scanned in the scanner with each new document (1 or more pages) starting with the barcode as the first page and ExeScan will scan and index them for you with no user input required. There will be an opportunity to review the documents before committing them to the database. All popular makes of barcode are recognised including Type 39, Type 25, Type 128, Type EAN13, Type EAN8
